Make a Real Difference

Helping Hands

Make a Real Difference.

At Circles Network, volunteers help make our work possible and are at the heart of everything we do. Their support, energy and compassion allow us to reach more people, build stronger communities, and create spaces where everyone feels heard and valued.

Why Volunteer
Volunteering is a shared experience. It brings people together, builds trust and creates lasting change. Volunteers help others feel included and empowered, and in return, they grow in confidence, build new skills and form lasting connections.

What Volunteers Do

  • Provide companionship through shared conversation and activities.
  • Support individuals to navigate education, care or justice systems.
  • Assist with creative and equine sessions that build confidence.
  • Help run inclusive events that reduce isolation and bring people together.

What You Gain
Volunteering benefits others. It benefits you too. Our volunteers often tell us they gain confidence, new skills and a renewed sense of purpose.

Volunteering helps you:

  • Build skills in communication, leadership and advocacy.
  • Gain experience in social care, education or mental health.
  • Meet new people and form meaningful connections.
  • Strengthen your confidence and well-being.
  • Contribute to change that lasts.

Who Can Volunteer
Everyone is welcome. We work with students, retirees, job-seekers, professionals, carers and people with lived experience. If you want to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

You don’t need experience. You need time, commitment and a willingness to help. We provide full training and ongoing support.
