At Circles Network we work hard to provide a strong presence within every community we support.
The people in the community are our most important stakeholders and drive the services and projects that we develop and deliver.
The community projects that Circles Network has developed are true to our core values of inclusion and continue to retain our grass roots ethos.
We support individuals across a variety of projects, helping them to achieve goals that they’ve set, whilst working towards a more inclusive society with reduced isolation in all areas of their lives.
Across the UK we have a number of locations where our community projects thrive.
Statutory services are depleted, our community is fragile and natural support structures are all but absent. People’s awareness of the importance of the voluntary sector is limited. Whilst we are entrepreneurial, agile and innovative in our approach we need your support to prevent people from falling through cracks.
People view the Southeast of England as a rich and affluent area. The reality is a downturn in resources, vast deprivation and increased demand upon organisations like ours. Circles Network has no underpinning grants or statutory funding to carry out our vital, person centred support.

Our 3D community support projects offer an innovative route to 1:1 and group support for people who are at risk of isolation due to disability or disadvantage. We don't limit or curtail the project by having any remit around age, ability or diagnosis. If we can offer support to someone - we will!
It’s a unique service that assists people in the community to live rich and fulfilling lives. The 3D community support projects in the UK are facilitated in the community, and are often linked to one of our Hubs which is centrally located in a particular area. Our hubs operate an open door and inclusive environment whereby everyone is welcome.
Our facilitators work individually with people of all ages to understand what they want to get out of life. Coaching them every step of the way to overcome barriers, have fun and achieve their dreams!
In all locations we facilitate many spin off projects, clubs and groups that are initiated and run by those that we work alongside. By taking a person-centred and flexible approach we are able to tailor our support and groups to meet the needs of the participants.

The support we provide varies from light touch to intensive 4D support and specialised assistance. It’s adjusted to suit each person according to their individual needs.
The very idea of the ‘Circles Network’ means that there’s an important relationship between the person in need of support, their facilitator, and their wider network of family and carers who sit around them. The circle of support we create is grounded in respect, acceptance and compassion. Three essential qualities we insist on as we recruit and train our teams.
All of our staff receive relevant training, are enhanced DBS checked and are never hired through agencies.
Valuable emotional support
“Circles Network have always been able to meet the complex emotional and behavioural needs of our son.
They have a clear understanding of Autism and Attachment difficulties, and our son has always felt welcome and as though he belonged.
This shines through as he has always felt confident to attend whereas he often felt very anxious attending other settings.
We have always been so grateful, for the break it provided us as a family as we regularly experience very challenging behaviour at home, in the knowledge that our son would be safe, understood and well cared for. Circles Network have provided us with valuable emotional support and is now part of our life which we couldn’t imagine not having.”
