Overcoming Loneliness

Overcoming Loneliness.

Loneliness is a growing issue in modern society, often caused by aging, disability, mental health struggles, or social exclusion. January is particularly challenging due to cold weather, short days, and less social interaction, with ‘Blue Monday,’ the third Monday of the month, considered the year’s most depressing day. Prolonged loneliness can harm both mental and physical health, increasing risks of depression, anxiety, heart disease, and premature death.

We take a unique person-centred and flexible approach, which means we tailor our support and groups to meet the needs of those we work with.

Ripples

Ripple Effect
The benefits of strong connections extend far beyond personal well-being. Connected individuals are more likely to contribute to their community, engage in volunteering, and pursue personal goals. Each person Circles Network supports creates a ripple effect that strengthens entire communities.
