Support

We Help People

To have a say in, and about, the services they receive.

We are inclusive in our approach and support people from all backgrounds, assisting those protected under the Mental Health Act, people who are subject to interventions under the Adults with Incapacity Act and the Adult Support and Protection Act,
carers, parents, people in refuge and people who are homeless or experiencing issues related to alcohol or drug dependency.
The support we give can cover a range of challenges from small, day-today issues, such as paying bills or making telephone calls, to signicant quality of life scenarios – which we believe early intervention could help to avoid.
We work to ensure each person’s unique needs are addressed with empathy and professionalism. Often the work we do, serves as a vital link between individuals and the relevant authorities, where advocacy facilitates communication and the development of positive outcomes.
