Our Midlands hub is located in Rugby. The hub was the first to be established in 1994. The Circles Network has evolved rapidly to stay ahead of the curve, continuously pioneering new tracks and always ambitiously creating opportunities that might inspire people who are searching to make positive changes in their lives.
The hub provides both rural and urban settings. With the Midlands Circles Network offering all four segments of activity; Community, Advocacy, Equine and Academy services, all threaded with the golden arch of Inclusion and the firmly held set of values that define and shape us.

The majority of those supported are adults who are on the support living framework with bipolar, paranoia, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma, schizophrenia – who require additional support navigating and accessing their local communities.
Support varies from a couple hours a week up to 17 hours per week supporting all aspects of life.
All of our staff are trained in de-escalation via the PROACT-SCIPr-UK® model, which is a person-centred, proactive and therapeutic approach.
It’s specially designed to ensure our carers are equipped to compassionately support children and adults with complex needs, challenging behaviour or mental health needs.
At the hub, the community care provided falls into TWO keys areas of support, which enables our teams to provide the highest levels of care to those we provide support to, helping them to setup and collaborate with their circles of support.
Our person-centred 3D community support is tailored to the needs of the individual. We can support anyone, regardless of age, ability or diagnosis.
Typically, our 3D support is a lower level of support for people with learning disabilities, who may be struggling, feeling isolated, and may have mental health needs which means they need a safe and trustworthy community around them.
We’re focused on bringing joy and fun to every person we work with’s lives. If that means going for a walk or joining us for lunch at our Community Cafe on Friday’s, then that’s exactly what we’ll do.
The support we provide is delivered on days and times of the person we’re working with’s choosing, and with things they specifically ask for help with. This can include many of the activities listed above or accessing our alternative education and LifeSkills courses.
To learn more about the course we offer visit our Academy section: Circles Network Academy
The adults we support can have more complex mental health needs or very complicated backgrounds.
Our 4D community care facilitates for higher needs, including: alcohol addition, support attending groups and follow-through, abuse, eating disorders, drugs, risky behaviours, trauma and more.
During 4D care individuals are intensively supported and as time goes on transitioned down to varying levels of 3D community support.
