The facilitator training involves a range of people including:

     Family carers

     Ordinary community members

     Service staff who have expressed an interest in becoming facilitators

     Service managers who support this cultural change

The project offers a range of training delivery:

     Awareness training sessions

     Foundation level training

     Practice level, training for facilitators

     Higher level training for trainers

The project aims are to:-

     Develop the network of person centred planning facilitators across the county of Suffolk

     Have 3 Circles Network staff providing direct support to individuals

     Train an additional 200 facilitators through 5 courses

     Train some of these facilitators to become trainers

     Provide awareness raising courses across Suffolk

     Provide mentoring to the facilitators and trainers
