children, young people, adults and families We are seeking a highly organised project manager to work on our exciting, dynamic help scheme communities project within Scotland. The aims of this post :- To manage a team of 12 -15 field based advocates Regular supervision with all staff on a monthly basis Facilitate monthly meetings Ensure weekly targets are met in line with project requirements Verify and critique weekly reports Manage time sheets and expenses claims To work to maintain the professional image and ethos of Circles Network We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role managing field based staff. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with the ability to multi-task, to map out community activity and have excellent administration, computer literacy and reporting skills. Mental Health Advocate

We are recruiting male and female advocates, both full and part time, to support the work of a successful project that delivers professional advocacy, for people supported by the Forensic Directorate for Mental Health and Learning Disability in low and medium secure Hospitals and community settings.
