Creating the
Possible
Circles Network presents 'Creating the Possible', a DVD that highlights
the importance that circles of support and planning in a person centred
way can have on the lives of young disabled people.

What is possible?
What’s possible is that all young people can live productive and inclusive
lives in ordinary communities.
How can this be?
We focus on development of the whole person, taking into consideration
health, relationships, home life, activities, purpose, risk, learning and
creative expression. We celebrate the gifts of young people perceived as
having multiple impairments, highlighting the positive contribution they
can make to the community. We show that all young people can live
interdependently.
