Community inclusion projects

In every location in which we work, Circles Network has a strong presence within their community. The people in the community are the stake holders and drive the services and projects that we develop and deliver. The community projects that Circles Network has developed are true to the core values of inclusion and retain the grass roots ethos of the organisation. We support individuals across a variety of projects; to achieve goals that they have set, work towards a more inclusive society and reduce isolation in all areas of life.

Across the UK we have a number of locations where our community projects thrive. Our 3D community support project is an innovative way of offering 1:1 and group support to people who are at risk of isolation due to disability or disadvantage. We don't limit or curtail the project by having any remit around age, ability or diagnosis. if we can offer support to someone we will!

The 3D Community Support projects in the UK are facilitated in the community often linked to a ''Hub'' that is centrally located located in a particular area. Our hubs operate an open door and inclusive environment whereby everyone is welcome. In all locations we facilitate many spin off projects, clubs and groups that are initiated and run by those that we work alongside. By taking a person centred and flexible approach we are able to tailor our support and groups to meet the needs of the participants.

“When my daughter returned home from her residential setting during the first national lockdown, Circles Network quickly increased her support hours, so I was able to continue working as a key worker myself. After a successful 12 weeks at home, it became clear that my daughter no longer required a residential setting and she could successfully live at home once again with support. My daughter was experiencing regular major incidents within her residential setting, and these significantly reduced whilst being supported by Circles Network, she became more independent, was happy and relaxed and loves all the horses at the hub. My daughter now lives at home with me full time and is looking forward to attending college in September.
